The Spectra S2 Plus soft pink electric breast pump is designed to bring confidence and comfort to every moment of the breastfeeding journey. The S2 is quiet and discreet for soothing pumping. The “massage mode” simulates the natural suckling of baby and the “backflow protection” keeps your breast milk from harmful bacteria.

- How soon is my order shipped?

- Where do you deliver?
We deliver pan-India.
- What forms of payment do you accept?
We are currently accepting only prepaid orders. You can pay via NEFT, IMPS, Cash deposit, Card(debit or credit) and e-wallets.
- Is cash on delivery (COD) available on products?
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available due to the current scenario and restrictions of the logistics partner.
- How long will you take to deliver?
We take between 7-10 working days to deliver PAN India. However, considering the circumstances we are in, you may expect delays and the products may reach you in 12 -15 working days.
- Do you charge for delivery?
We charge for delivery on orders below Rs. 999. For all orders above Rs. 999 shipping is free. In the case of express delivery, we charge on actuals.
- Do I get informed once my order is shipped?
A text message with the tracking details is sent on the registered mobile number.
- Can I cancel my order?
You can only cancel your order, until the products haven’t been shipped. Once the order is shipped, the order cannot be cancelled or changed. In case you have any query regarding cancellations please email us on info@bibsncribs.com
- Can I return/exchange the products?
We have a strict no return, no exchange policy on all categories except Wooden Toys, Nursery & Lifestyle* as most categories are related to personal care and hygiene of mothers and babies. Once shipped no products will be returned or exchanged.
*Please refer to Q10.
- If my goods are damaged, can I return/exchange them?
You can only return or exchange products in the wooden toys, nursery and lifestyle category if a product that reaches you is damaged or has missing parts or accessories.
To exchange or return a product, please send us an image of the damaged product on info@bibsncribs.com within 3 working days of receiving your product and we will help you out.
- What are the conditions for free replacement?
Products within the return window and in stock (the same product) are eligible for free replacement. The free replacement order will be shipped through standard shipping once the original order is returned. Free replacements can be requested if the following conditions apply:
Product is in the categories - Wooden Toys, Nursery & Lifestyle
Product received is physically damaged
Product received has missing parts or accessories
Product received is defective/does not work properly
A free replacement cannot be created for a product which was returned and replaced once earlier.
- What is the procedure for refund?
In case you do not want a replacement and would like to return the products that are damaged or have missing accessories. You can request for a refund by emailing us on info@bibsncribs.com. Once verified, the refund will be processed in 3-5 working days.

- Will I have to pay for the return?
You will have to bear charges for return in case the conditions of the return are not mentioned in the above list and are unique in nature. Discretion of product return lies with BibsNCribs.Com.
